Job description
At the Canteen we expect all Front of House staff to learn all the positions of the FOH functions. This includes: Food Runners, Bussing/ Backyard, Expeditor, Counter Server, Bartender (Limited Counter Menu), and Host. The majority of FOH shifts include being outdoors in the Summer heat or indoors in our restaurant that is open to the elements.
